April always loved baking and experimenting with flavors. She started by taking boxed cake mix and adding in different combinations, like peanut butter to the cake and filling it with jelly. Even though she decided to go to college for something else entirely, the dream of owning a bakery still lingered...and the idea for B.U.I. was born during the last year of college.
After another couple years of people telling her she should sell her creations, she finally started. A few months into it, the idea of expanding into jams and jellies caused a spiral of flavors to be made...and here we are today.
B.U.I. Bake Shop is just getting going and April has big dreams for it. So get some jam and a cocktail, sit back, and enjoy the ride!
